Why the Deluxe Pin Collection stands out

Celebrations never got a reprint, and this box hasn't been in production since its October 2021 launch — it's climbed steadily on the secondary market since. The Zacian LV.X promo is the real curiosity: LV.X was retired after the Platinum series in 2009, and Pokémon brought it back only for this card, making it a genuine one-off rather than a straightforward reprint.
