Note: This page explains and presents the model sale-purchase contract that is concluded between the Seller (natural person) and the Buyer (Gamerz Center S.R.L., via the TCGmania platform) at the time of selling the products. About the Contract

The sale-purchase contract is formed at the moment the final purchase offer is accepted, in accordance with the procedure detailed in the Terms and Conditions of the platform. By accepting online (via click) the final offer and the Terms and Conditions – Selling Products to TCGmania, the Seller expresses consent to conclude the contract in electronic form. The Buyer confirms the transaction by processing the purchase and issuing the relevant fiscal documents.

The contract thus concluded has the same legal value as a contract signed in person, in accordance with Law no. 455/2001 on electronic signatures and Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 (eIDAS). Each transaction is assigned a unique contract number and date of conclusion for future reference.

I. CONTRACTING PARTIES  
1. Buyer: Gamerz Center S.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Petofi Sandor Street no. 6, CUI 33489001, J2014002450125, represented by {{buyer_representative}}, as {{buyer_title}}, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer".

II. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT  
The object of this contract is the sale by the Seller and the purchase by the Buyer of the following goods (“Products”):

III. PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD  
The total price of the Products is {{offer_value}} RON. This price is final and is not subject to VAT according to the legislation applicable to occasional sales of goods by individuals. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the above-mentioned price under the agreed terms (as per the Terms and Conditions) via {{payment_method}}.

IV. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP  
Ownership of the Products transfers to the Buyer on the date of full payment of the price to the Seller. The risks related to the Products have transferred according to the arrangements in the accepted Terms and Conditions (generally, upon handover to the courier agreed by the Buyer).

V. SELLER'S DECLARATIONS  
The Seller declares that they are the legal owner of the Products, that these are authentic and have no undisclosed hidden defects. The Seller guarantees that the goods are not the subject of any disputes or legal proceedings, and that their possession and sale do not infringe any third-party rights.

VI. OTHER CLAUSES  
6.1. The parties confirm that they have read and accepted the TCGmania platform’s Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of this contract (to the extent that their provisions are applicable to this transaction).  
6.2. This contract may be modified or terminated only with the written consent of both parties, in writing (including electronic form).  
6.3. This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable section of the accepted Terms and Conditions regarding dispute resolution.

VII. SIGNATURES  
This contract has been concluded electronically. By the Seller’s online acceptance and the Buyer’s confirmation of the purchase, the parties agree that the signatures are validly applied in electronic format.
